If every person in the world lived as we do in Australia we’d need more than one planet to support us – which obviously, we don’t have. We’d actually need more than 3 planet Earths. Australians consume more of just about everything, per person, than people in other countries. We consume too much food, too much paper, timber, metals, too much energy, water, plastic, glass – you name it, as a nation we consume a lot of it.

SO WHAT?
What can we do about it?
What can you do about it?

Choose one way of being more sustainable and make a short movie to teach our school community about what they can do. You may work in a group of 3 or 4. You must have a mix of boys and girls and grade 5s and 6s.

You must plan your presentation before you start filming. The movie planner is attached.
